Flush mounted Cam Latches

Fitted to all new orders from August 2007. These new, fully adjustable, keyed alike latches are super strong and fully weather proof. No padlocks, just a single key unlocks both latches! Pic1, Pic2, Pic3, Pic4.

Scooter Trailer

Thanks you to those who are waiting patiently for this trailer to become a reality!

We are still attempting to spend more time on this much requested project.

So far we can tell you that it will have a single rear wheel incorporating our new Ikon IRS adjustable spring/shock suspension.

Much more development is still to be completed, but the "Third Wheeler" is definitely underway.

Special hitches/couplings will also be needed as the standard 50mm ball swivel coupling is unsatisfactory.

Powder Coating

We hope to make this finish the standard on all Ali-Lite trailers soon as it is particularly suitable over aluminium for this purpose.

The process is now available in a range of colours including pearls. Costs range from as little as $100 extra for basic colours to $250 for metallics and hammertones.

Whilst this finish may not be for everyone, it does provide a durable, resilient surface, particularly against stone chips.
